threw together this summer mash-up of recent work out moments, in celebration of my new lifting shoes.

Nice one. With the straps attached to the chinning bar, are they on chains or is the bar designed for them? Either way, it looks like it'd be great for one-armed chin work.

Thanks, man. I wrapped the chain around the bar and then attached the handles to it with carabiners. The handles - you know the kind, a strap loop with a tube handle over it that slides. They're perfect for clipping to chains for whatever movement, and they're much cheaper than the cast steel square handle versions that area standard in gyms.

one-arm chins... are you such the stud? damn.

Gotcha. Think I'll try something similar here. At the moment I just use the rack (there's a chinning bar, but the square sides are also good).

With the OAC stuff, I'm just talking about progressions - hang on to the bar with one hand, and grab a strap with the other. The further down the strap you grab, the more emphasis is on the bar hand.

I can't quite get a full range OAC yet. Shouldn't be too long though :)

awesome. also try a bunji cord instead of a strap, for less assistance.
