The sky was just so bloody red, the sight was amazing. I rushed and got my camera and used natural light, but it just didn't capture the richness of the color, so I turned up the red just a dash on these. Things were moving fast in that sunset; there wasn't any time to play with settings.

Setting shmettings.
Or... I try to fool around with settings, but I make sure I shoot it on 'auto' too. I am so clueless about that stuff. You saw my self portrait, so you know how challenged I am.
I just know what I like - I like your shots here!
Thanks! I'm going to have a full year of the window with the oil lamps. The people who lived in this house before us left the lamps, and I nearly threw them out when we moved in. So glad I didn't. I've never lit them, but I can't get enough of this scene.
people always say blood red sky but to me it's like salmon. mmm... hungry. more pics of sunsets please...
