Nick Horton split snatch
Yes, there are still some lifters doing the split snatch. . . Here's Nick Horton nailing this classic. The split was surplanted by the now-conventional squat snatch after folks started copying this latest thing the Chinese were doing. Nick says he does it because it's the only way he can continue snatching due to back injuries; he doesn't say anything about how bad ass it looks.
