Get your mind right: peak performance is largely mental

Higher Brain Functioning in World Class Athletes

This is an excellent article
because it gives specific, hard information on especially abstract concepts. If you want to excel, do not miss reading this and spending chunks of time digesting it for a long time to come.

Along the same lines, here's a book I worked through (took months to follow all of the mental exercises as instructed) and highly recommend.

Hi there. The article was interesting, and I'd like to know what book you read. I think there's a mistake in the html because there is no book title or link to follow for it in my browser. I'm using Firefox.

Hmmm, the link is working for me in FF. Who knows?

But the book is Peak Performance: Mental Training Techniques of the World's Greatest Athletes, by Charles Garfield and others. It's on Amazon. It's pretty amazing. It'll make you want to do stuff.
