Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of helping to bring the first OCB show to Oregon, an area in need of a natural bodybuilding outlet. I judged and served as expeditor. The venue -- La Salles Auditorium on the OSU campus in Corvallis -- was fabulous, as was the quality and energy of the competitors. The spirit of the show was typical OCB - a supportive, nurturing and rewarding environment promoting camaraderie and respect.
